On Picture #7, on the upper oven parts there is a thermal fix. it is # 37. If the control board is totally dead, that could be the only problem. You have to pull the oven out of the wall, and of course kill the power, and take the back panel off. It will be right in the middle, and be round, and has 2 wires coming to it. take the 2 wires off, and put the terminal ends together, and put some tape around it, so it does not hit metal, and then turn the power on, and see if it works. If so, do not run the oven like that. This is just for checking ONLY!!! My other question would be, did the clock go out, after you put the oven in a clean cycle? Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Whirlpool Double Oven

Came home from work and noticed the clock was very dim. Upon use of oven discovered you could not see the temperature setting or the timer. Both ovens are working fine you just can't see what temps you are using, etc.
I pulled the parts list from Whirlpool's website and also searched for parts on your website. Is this the part I need?
