A model number may help others help you.

No, it can be a number of things.
You could have a defrost problem you will still get cool air but it will not be cold enough to keep the fresh food section cold enough. Usually a defrost problem will show up in the fresh food first and then in the freezer side.
Usually the compressor will run continuously or more often with a defrost problem.

Could be the damper between the sections i not opening fully.

Could be a thermostat problem.

Hello,
The fridge has just started to cool less than what is appropriate and food is quickly spoiling as a result.
1. I have turned dial to coldest temp.
2. Fan is blowing cool air into the fridge.

Compressor was changed about 2 years ago. Is it necessarily the same problem?
