Your thermal cutoff/fuses are all one time things, so the logical answer is that something is causing the motor to overheat and its thermal protection device is shutting it off.
See if there is a problem with the drum, the rollers, the belt or the pulley, as they may be causing a strain on the motor.
That's all I got, otherwise it is kind of a mystery.

Estate model TEDX640PQ1 electric dryer, heats up and then shuts itself off after about 10 min, when cools down i am able to restart and run again for another 10 min. Have replaced timer, motor, high temp sensor, cycling sensor, and thermal cut off sensor. have checked venting and cleaned checked heating element. Checked for 220 curent with volt meater. Can't find any broken or burnt wires. This was the main problem before replacing sensors , timer and motor and still having the problem. All parts are factory replacement parts. PLEASE HELP ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATFULL.
