In most cases, as you described yours, The thermal limit on the back of the upper oven cavity, has opened, it's a "one shot" thermostat, once it's open, it stays open,and removes the voltage to one side of the element power supply, so the elements wont heat. You'll also need to check the oven door and seal for proper alignment and seal( when you open the oven door until it stops, it should not go past 90 degrees, if it does, you'll need door hinges. You'll also need to check the blower fan, on the back of the oven for a high speed run and that it is sealed and properly mounted to the oven,for proper air flow and cooling. Your going the need to remove or balance the wall oven from the cabinet, so you can get to all these components and test them. Good Luck, :) :) :)
