Confirm that the pump is running.
If yes then check the drain hose for a plug.
If hose is OK then odds are the pump is toast or jammed or the flapper is messed up

It is not uncommon for these pumps to go.

You will have to do more troubleshooting for the spin problem

hello all,
my Frigidaire Gallery front load washer lately has been leaving the clothes soaking wet when it finishes. I observed it at the end of the cycle, it rotates a few times but doesn't spin up to speed, i pulled the drain line off and cleared out debris from the strainer, it sounds like the water pump is working though no water exits the drain line
