It's taped to the lower washer panel inside or stuck to the inside side panel

Are you referring to the Speed Control Board?

Also, I am not sure what Data sheet I am supposed to look at, can you send me in the right direction?

My washer is not moving at all. It will drain and fill, but it will not wash or spin. I can here a loud humming and clicking noise coming from the timer area. I just recetnly replaced the motor and it still is not working. Any ideas on where I should focus next?
