Gene.
P.S. I'm wandering how did you find this part number?

I was given it when I told the lady my model number and I needed a timer. That's the one I got.
Thanks again for your help with this!

My Serial # is 15083928SH.

The part I originally ordered (timer) is WPL 22002202. I mis-typed the first time.

Thanks for your help!

The part number you posted is incorrect. It suppose to be 8 digits and it's better to look for the part number on the timer or on the invoice for the part.

There are two different timers used for this washer depending on the serial number. So possible you replaced it with a wrong part. Post the serial number of the washer and I'll find the correct timer for your washer.

What is the complete model number of the washer?

What is the part number of the timer you installed?

I recently replaced my timer because my washer would not agitate or empty the water, but the timer was going through its cycles. The new timer now works, but with one problem, when it gets to the spin cycle (in all 4 modes) water is pouring in the entire spin cycle. After the cycle is completed, the clothes are soaking wet, but there is no water standing in the tub, so its draining while pouring in. What could be causing this?????
