Is there a video that shows how to test the heating element using an ohm meter?

Susanna,

Most likely the problem is a bad heating element (#1 on the diagram) or a bad high limit thermostat (#29 on the diagram).

You have to have an Ohmmeter to check both parts for continuity to find out which of them is bad.

If they both are good, then the problem is a bad wires or a bad control board.

- The thermostat Part number: AP2109201
