Check out the sooty looking connection on the back of the board. It looks like it is from the module shown in the other picture. Ok, I need a motherboard. Should I be concerned about what caused it? What are the recommended next steps? Thanks! Skip

My side by side has stopped getting cold on both sides. I thought it was the Overload WR08X10025 because it was rattling when I took it out (even though it Ohm tested at 0). Well I replaced it and that was not it.
Condensor fan is working. I don't know if the Evaporator fan is working.
The compressor is room tempature and is not making any noise. It does not appear to be working. I am not getting any voltage reading from any combination of the three wires. Should I be able to read an electical current from the Overload and Relay?
I did not take it apart to see if the coils were freezing up, but it was unplugged for days prior to putting in the Overload. When I put the Overload in, it never got cold so I assume the its not the defroster.
Please provide me some input on what I should check next. Should I do some tests on the motherboard or take it apart from the inside to check the Evaporator fan?
Thanks!!
