Ok, the part you need to replace is the ignitor. That is the part that glows. The part # is 12400035. The reason is, that the ignitor is not strong enough to open the gas valve. The oven portion is not at the desired temperature setting. I set the oven temp. at 375 to cook a turkey. I returned home a couple hours later and the bird was barely cooked. Stove top and broiler seem to be working fine.
