The proper response is also labor-intensive...to the max! All that fire extinguisher residue (although not toxic) will have to be cleaned out. The short-cut is to clean only the gas ports, orifices, and jets.

MY friend had a small grease fire in a pan on top of a Vulcan stove/oven.Afterwards the flow of gas thru the oven jets/and top burners is low.The oven even when on 450 degrees has a low flame coming out of the jets. Help! I know something must be stopped up from the fire extinguisher contents but what ? Anyone have the similar experience?
