Top self cleaning oven will not maintain temp. When you set temp, oven fan will kick on, oven will heat to temp and beep. Digital control will continue to show set temp, however, temperature will not be maintained.

When you later hit the bake button, the set temp continues to be displayed. If you then redial the set temp up slightly, the display will show the actual (much lower) temp and the oven will kick back on to reach the set point.

Do you think this is the temp "probe" located in the oven or a problem with the digital control?
