Very likely the electrical short caused damage to the electronic control board (aka a clock/timer). The correction is to replace the control board. It is recommended by the manufacturer to replace it together with the overlay because it is glued on.

- The control board Part number: AP4501684
Part number: AP4501684

- The overlay Part number: AP3776802
Part number: AP3776802

Gene.

P.S. You may want to check the wires to the control board as well.

put oven in self clean mode, few minutes in pop and flash of blue light in upper left range corner. flipped breaker back on. clock/display and all burners work fine. baking and broiler element not working. i have replace baking element part# 316075104 and still no heat. what else can it be? i'm putting off calling someone to save money.
