Elizabeth, That's not the usual progression or symptoms of a control panel/keypad failure. After a few years of operation and cleaning procedures, the keypad circuits can fail and you will see the "domino" effect of the circuits. In most circumstances, the ERC/Clock doesn't usually get involved unless there's been a major issue or electrical / power problem.

To answer your question, the bottom row of buttons on the touch pad quit working one at a time. I still have 1 to 6.

Oscy,

Alright then,

Yes , if you need a part, you will need to replace the control panel complete.

Part number: AP4094865
Part number: AP4094865

You may want to try this first :

Follow the control panel removal instructions per my previous post.
(you may need to move the range out of the cabinet 4 to 6 Inches, not 4 to 60)

When you have access to the ERC and control panel ribbon, disconnect the ribbon from the control,

Clean the end of the ribbon and the connector on the control board with alcohol or a non residue electrical contact cleaner.

Check the ribbon for creases, twists, and "spotted" tracers(the lines in the ribbon).

If all's OK, reinstall the ribbon in the board connector and make sure if is in tight and all the way in.

And check the buttons for operation, display.

If buttons still don't work , order and replace the control panel.

Good Luck,

:) :)

Oscy,

panel.
3. Remove screws located on the right and left sides of
the control panel.
4. Grasp control panel on the far left and right sides and
gently pull the control panel out and down.

NOTE:
Gently pull control panel out and down.
5. Remove infinite switch control knobs, infinite
