Did you check your venting system for clogs, kinks and the hood for operation ?

You've pretty much checked or replaced everything else.

Yes,

Both of your codes(TS and HE) indicate a heating problem, and if it takes 10 minutes to produce the code(s) now, it is most likely a vent problem.

Also check and make sure there is no air leaks at the blower to inlet seal, blower or exhaust pipe fitting.

I have attached the Technical Data sheet(s) for you to use to reset your codes and run the diagnostics tests, to better diagnose the problem.

You may also want to dry a load of clothes with the exhaust vent disconnected, as a test for proper operation, and confirm that the venting is the problem.
