We're not going to be able to help you.

We have no information, at all, for European produced Whirlpool products.

I can only reccomend you contact Whirlpool Customer Service and see if they can assist you.

Or, wait and see if someone else on this forum has the information, and can assist you.

Could you varify the failure code and model number, please .

I can't find, and don't recall an E14 failure code on a Whirlpool Laundry product.
