Check the coupling between the motor & the transmission. It's a 3 piece part, consisting of 2 white parts with 3 tabs and a black rubber part that goes in between them.

My washer is not removing the water from the clothes completly. It seems to be draining ok, but my agitator is dot moving at all. Also, when i try turning it on it makes a noise.
