Rocky,

You most likely have deposits built up on the injector valve and nozzle,
under certain conditions(water pressure, usually)can implicate an intermittent leak.

I reccomend you replace the:

Injector valve
Injector nozzle
Hose clamp
clean the calcium deposit from the plastic housing,
and clean the hose and valve screens of debris.

Hi, my Maytag washer will occasionally splash/leak water out of the injector sleeve when filling. What would cause this and what part, if any, do I need to replace....
