Not sure if I understand your post.
If you mean that the evaporator coils in the freezer section are not iced up and the freezer temperature is good, then I would check the damper (Item 8 in Section 7). It should be open.
Also check that the evaporator fan is running. It is required to push cold air into the fresh food section.
