If your auger motor is not turning in the back, it's probably bad, just remove the back panels to check, might be frozen/rusted up.

I had my mother board replaced about 9 months ago. Appoximately 2 months later, my ice maker stopped dispensing cubes. The motor is running but the device that turns to dispense the cubes is not functioning. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
