Whirlpool Model Lss7233DQ0 The last spin cycle would sometimes spin for one load but then for the next load it not spin out completely leaving 21 inches of water in the tub.

The last spin cycle would sometimes spin for one load but then for the next load it would not spin so, the clothes would still be wet (the water does drain). Would this be a belt issue ?
