Is this a microwave or a range ?

The model number you supplied is for a microwave.

And this is an intermittent problem, does not happen everytime the unit is cooking ?

When this occurs, is it when the oven is on for an extended period of time ?

My first inclination would be, a defective control board, being effected by heat or time, if this seems to occur on longer cooking periods.
