Pls Help You could have a malfuntioning door latch assembly or catch, But most likely a bad door switch. I don't reccomend you attempt to test or repair a door switch on a microwave due to the location of several high voltage components, and possible injury if you should come in contact with wires or components(even if the unit is unplugged). You would not have a RF leak detector, you need to check for rf leakage whenever the door is serviced for safety sake.
