My DOUBLE OVEN (OVEN/BROILER) will NOT light. The electronic igniter lights up with a strong orange light but the gas fails to go on. There is NO sign or smell of any gas. The oven warm up to a light warm, but thats all. The igniter is of a white ceranic that plugs into the broiler wall

A probe message appeared when the oven was not even on. I can not get rid of it. Turned off electricity to it and put probe in but neither action has worked. Any ideas please?
