Check the position of the flap extension of the plastic tray under the freezer box, common problem, if these are not in position to block most of the airflow from the freezer, things will freeze in the lower section.

This is all fridge, no freezer, and it is freezing food at the back of the fridge. Would this mean that you need to replace the Control Temp part?
and if so is it easily accessible from the back of the fridge?
