Hi Tom,

You can find the instructions together with some pictures in the Service manual.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KSRA25CNWH01 Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

see

my motor driver coupling (part 16) broke and i reordered and now have part #AP3136991
its obvious the mixer auger handle goe thru this and connects to the drive motor thru spring mated mating coupler #WPL 2220468 (bottom mate coupler).
my question what holds thr top coupling in place or does it just slide on the auger shaft.
what confuses me is the fact that part # 17 is a screw that was fastened into the bottom of the auger rod but wasn't holding anything together. the screw head is too small to hold the bottom coupler as that hole is the size of the auger shaft.
what i'm trying to figure out is if i lift the ice bin off the dispenser what holds coupler 16 and the big ss washer # 15 from just dropping on the floor or into the ice. is there something missing that hold the lower coupler on the auger shaft ?
thanks tom tomtjm@aol.com
