Press in the timer knob and unscrew it. Then pull off the dial pieces and you will find screws that hold on the timer.

To get to it, take out the screws that back of the cover to the console and you can get to the timer.

I have to replace the timer in my Kitchenaid washer and can't figure out how to get the old timer off without damaging the entire panel... is there an easy way to do this?
