I am having a problem with the ice coming through the door. The motor to make the blades move to send the Ice out the door works ok. The problem is with the cuppler that sits on the threaded bolt on the end of the motor. The cuppler just spins around freely when you slid the ice holder back onto the cuppler it does not turn. If we purchase a new cuppler or even a new motor how do we get the cuppler off the screw to replace it?
