I am not sure, with luck someone with this unit will jump in.
Here is a manual for a SKSS unit that should be close to yours

The unit has a couple fans,

The existing appliance is in a home recently purchased and I have no owner's manual. My question is: Is the fan in the oven supposed to run intermitenly or continuous??
