Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FRS23KF7AW2 Frigidaire/refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

The first thing I would check is if the evaporator fan in the freezer is running.

It should be circulating the air in the freezer so that there is little temperature variation from the top to the bottom.

If not running, disconnect it and check that it is receiving 120 volts.
If the voltage is there then the fan is toast.

If there is no voltage then the problem is likely the adaptive defrost board.

bottom of freezer is keeping meat frozen. Top of freezer a cup of water won't freeze. Refrigerator side seems to be keeping food cold but not much in there as I don't rust it. This is a 5to 6 year old side by side 23 cu ft Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator.
