How do I know if it's the control unit or the sensor? Since the control unit costs so much, I'm just trying to find a way to be sure that that is the issue and not replace it and have it be something else.

symptoms
1. The clock is always blinking. Even when I set the time on it, after about 20 minutes or so, it starts blinking again.

2. Whenever we try to cook something, the oven seems to know no temperature. Everything just burns after being in the oven for just 10-15 minutes.

Thanks so much!

Sounds like the problem is a bad control (aka a clock/timer).

I have a Jenn-Air wall oven (wm27260w). For some reason, the clock keeps blinking. If I reset the time, it works for a short while and then starts blinking again...

When I try to cook something, it seems to work fine (display looks normal), but it gets way too hot and burns whatever food you put in it. It's as if the broiler always comes on "high"...

I would like to get parts to fix this - any idea what it could be?
