Hi all,
I am having a problem with the spin cycle on this washer. It goes into an unbalance at about the 6 min. mark, but not everytime. I have checked the suspension rods and the hubs under the washplate and all appear to be ok. When i tipped it to check the bottom it appeared to still have some water in the outer tub (it doesnt sound like a lot). Could the problem be weak springs or maybe the secondary water pump. Is this pump supposed to pump the water back into the tub while in the spin cycle? I am stumped why it is doing this. It worked fine for three years and then until this.
Thanks for the help
