These little machines are very rare and I have not worked on them and I don't imagine the Sears people have either. But you paid for a service call and repair part so you need to get Sears back out there, for free, to fix this. Insist on it and do whatever you have to do to make them stand behind their work.

My small (2cu) whirlpool washer, for an RV, won't go into a fast/high spin. I had a Sear's service tech out who find me the main control board needed to be replaced. So after waiting for it for 2 months, due to a backorder, I finally received it. Changed the board out this morning and the washer is doing the exact same thing. Will run through the cycle but will not go into a fast spin. Does anyone have any ideas on what else could be causing this problem and how to fix it?
