Great, sometimes getting those clips released is a little tricky, so glad you got to it.

Use a wide putty knife and slide it under the end caps from the front to release clips that hold the console to the cabinet. It will flip up and you can get to the timer to replace it.

How do I remove the front panel (part # 10) to replace the timer?
