Now, after the refrigerator stop, I have to un-plug/re-plug the power to restart the refrigerator. What's the problem?

Hi,

This refrigerator is working except the water/ice dispenser not working while the refrigerator stop running.
The water/ice dispencer is working while the refrigerator is running.

All lights are on.
Please help!

Other problem is that when the refrigerator going to stop there is a pretty aloud noise like hammer hits ground then stopped.
