Temps in the frige remains at 34' F.....Temps in the freezer swing from 28' to 58' over a 12 hour period....CRAZY !!!!

Code 0105 Conden Fan not to full speed, replaced fan, freezer cooled to 38' this AM back to 45 now 58. Board at pin J9 13.58 VDC HELP !!!! PLEASE !!!! Thank you
