We own a 13 year-old Thermador T18IF70NSP. We can see ice being made in the tray, but I noticed over the last two months that the system is producing less and less. Although I am not certain, it is possible that the agitator isn't functioning properly. So while the ice is being made, the tray is not turning to release the ice into the bin frequently enough. In the past, the ice bin would be full most of the time. Now we're fairly regularly running out of ice.

At first, I thought it might have been that my UltraClarity filter was too old (I'll admit that we probably don't change it frequently enough). I replaced the filter last week, but the problem persists.

I've turned off the unit for a full five minutes, restarted and then ran the self-test. No error codes were returned.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
