Same Whirlpool Gold side-by-side refrigerator. I traveled for work and returned home to find a kitchen floor covered with water. I took front & back panels off and found condensate pan full. I turned off water supply and used sponges to remove water from pan. 24 hours later pan is still dry. With water valve directly above the pan, it makes sense to have water leaking causing the pan to overflow.
Any suggestions on how to repair?

I am not sure but I do not think so.
Then teal piece is part of the water valve. Ah, I see. I will take a second look at the water valve, "Valve-Inlt" then.

The drip is I think, condensation, and dripping coming from the the Teal Piece, as highlighted in the red circle. I think either it is dripping too much, or the fan is not evaporating the water quickly enough, hench an overflow of the drip pan. Am I on the right track?

Sorry but I cannot see the drip.
Anyways looks like it is coming from the water valve so that is what I would replace.

Hello APP, I have a Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator, Side By Side Model, that has started to leak under the unit. I opened up the kickplate to see the Drain Pan underneath is overflowing every ~24 hours, and opened up the backplate to reveal a drip, as highlighted in the following photos: Under the Fridge, opened up the front plate, to see a overflowing Drain Pan  Back of the Fridge, had to also clean up the floor  Drilled open the back plate to see the problem   Any idea how to prevent this? My forum search has not pinned a solution. Thx.
