Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire FRS23R4AQ6 Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com
Here is the tech sheet
http://manuals.frigidaire.com/p...f/Anderson/240389607.pdf
And here is a service manual.
http://appliancejunk.com...&id=301;t=1410855409
You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download the manual.
I would start by checking your freezer temperature.
It should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.
This is probably not the problem but is worth checking.
The problem is most likely the fresh food thermostat or the damper motor/assembly.
