Hello,

The drain hole is located in the pan under the evaporator coils. You have to remove the rear panel in the freezer to access it.

Defrost it using a hair dryer. Run some hot water, using a turkey baster, through the drain to make sure it' clean.

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall and clean the other end of the drain.

Ice is NOT forming on evaperator but is forming in the drain pan. There is water in the fridge; both in and below the drawers. When I power down the unit and let the ice in the freezer melt, it doesn't drain anywhere. It appears that there is a drain fitting below the drain pan; but I can't see where it goes and I can't pass a wire through it.

How can I access this drian to clear it?
