You have a defrost problem. Reach in to the bottom of the control panel, locate the large access hole and with a flat bladed screwdriver, turn the defrost timer till the compressor stops running, if it fails to defrost, pull the back freezer panel, defrost the coils with a hair dryer, locate the round defrost terminator clipped to the top of the coils. Temporarily short the wires to it and plug in the fridg, if it now defrosts, replace the terminator.
If it derfosts when turning the timer, replace the defrost timer.
