to continue. i went to the fridge and opened the freezer door. the evap fan was running, and thrned off when i opened the door. but when i pushed in the door switch, the fan did not go back on. i have now left the freezer door open and taped the switch "closed". lets see if the fan goes back on. i have heard of a fan that runs and stops and then runs again. either it runs or doesnt. lee
