GE GFE28HMHFES French Door

Long story short - Freezer ice maker is not making ICE. Water is/was not filling the trays.
Determined a month ago that water fill line for freezer was froze, removed line, let tube thaw and re-connected. Ice starting being made again, ice bucket full, week later notice not making ice anymore.

Figured maybe water inlet heater was not working anymore allowing water in tube to freeze before its signaled to dump into ice trays as it froze up again.
Bought new $90 part.
Part that was replaced - TUBE FZ IM FILL HTR ASM / WR02X20621

That worked for another week or 2, tube is froze again. GRRRRR

Is there a control module that is faulty and not heating that Fill Heater assembly that would essentially keep water from freezing in that tube?

Freezer is always set at zero degrees. Fridge is aprox 7 years old, no real issues since this started happening. Water fills fridge ice maker and water dispenser works as well - no issues.

Issue is freezer water fill tube is freezing.

Any input is appreciated.
Thank you
