Check the freezer temperature using a thermometer.
Here is the bit of the manual for this unit.
The icemaker will produce six cubes per cycle—approximately 100–130 cubes in a 24-hour period, depending on freezer compartment temperature, room
temperature, number of door openings and other operating conditions.

I bought a new icemaker from here because that's what you guys suggested but it's not doing any better or may even be worse.... I get water fine from the dispenser in the door but it only makes maybe 1 or 2 cups of ice in 24 hours.... Thoughts???
