	Looks like it slips onto a bracket on the top of the compressor and is then glued in place. Part number: AP3777950 With luck you can reach in and clean it. Once clean I would wipe the inside of it with 20% bleach solution, trying to kill whatever is growing in there causing the stink. Also check that the end of the drain tiube is OK (no gunk). Be sure to wear old clothes.
