Check if there is 120VAC to the water valve solenoid (blue) while the dispenser calls for water. Post the results.

due to a problem with water not getting to the ice maker, i changed out the dual water valve and fixed my problem. however, 2 weeks later my water in the door feature stopped working. i changed my water filter today and that did not solve the problem. i think the dual water valve may be defective.
