Does the fan inside the freezer work?

If it does then it's possible there is a problem with the sealed system. It can be low on Freon, it can be a restriction in the system or the compressor can have a low capacity. In such situation you have to call a pro for diagnosis and/or repair.

The compressor is warm to the touch and vibrates so what does this mean?

If the compressor does not run and does not make any noises then most likely the problem is a bad power control board on the back of the refrigerator.

My freezer started getting warm one night and by the next morning my food was defrosting. The next day my fridge was not working either. I have cleaned all the coils I can see. Replaced the Compressor starter. It didn't work. What do I need to do now. Been with out for a week now. There wasn't any frost!
Please Help me. Husband is deployed and I am lost.
