Junior,

A couple of things to look for, before you start tearing into things:

Is the freezer temperature proper ?

In the fresh food compartment,

Are there any large articles on the top shelf in the area of the left side or middle of the shelf, that would be blocking or re directing the air flow down the back of the compartment or blocking the air flow away from the light assembly in the ceiling.

Remove the lower bins and check to see if there is debris blocking the air return tunnels in the corners of the fresh food floor.

You can find your Technical Data Sheet located in a plastic envelope between the condenser coil and freezer bottom panel, behind the grille kick plate in the front, you can actually run diagnostic tests and readings from the dispenser control panel and have a better idea of what may be wrong.

In a couple of days,

If you still have a problem after these checks , drop us a line, we can get you through the rest of the checks and repairs you may need.

Good Luck,

:) :) :)
