i tried it at 200ohm, 2k, 200k with the same result

At what scale your meter was set?

almost no resistance , was reading 0.1 or o.o most of thw time at room temprature. also like i said before it has continuty.
any ideas?

It is important what was the resistance reading and what was the ambient temperature at this time.

well the sub fan-bckw was not available but the other 2 were and i replaced them to no effect, i ended up defrosting the fridge and checked contiuty on the defrost thermister and it shows continuity at room temprature, does that mean it's bad?

I had a tech look at it and he gave me a list of parts but no part numbers and thats what i need help with please
1 EVAP FAN MTR
1 SUB PBA MAIN
1 SUB FAN-BCKW

Does this list make sense to you as the ones that could be causing the problem?
