I'd be checking for continuity from the elements to the clock/ecu. And with power on, I'd be checking for 240 VAC on the ecu. I'd suspect bad board or bad relays on the board. If you don't feel comfortable doing live voltage checks, you might want to hire someone.

Hi, I am trying to help my brother repair his oven. It is a Frigidaire galaxy series electric wall oven. His oven controls appear to be functioning properly, but when you turn the oven on it does not heat up(neither broil or bake elements). He was told by a repair person that it was his thermal switch. We replaced the thermal switch and lower element but it still will not heat up. Looking for suggestions as what to try next.
Thanks Richard
